Job description

The UPS Store is a locally owned franchise business looking to hire multiple part-time and full-time Customer Service Representatives our Sherwood Park baseline store. We are looking for a hard-working individual with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Duties**
- Delivers exceptional customer service while building rapport and trust with customers for future business
- Provides knowledgeable business solutions to customers including packaging, shipping, printing, and finishing options
- Works directly with customers to interpret client design needs
- Develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and print marketing
- Receives and distributes parcels to mailbox holders
- Understands and educate customers on mailbox options and benefits
- Operates all store equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, laminators, and binding equipment
- Utilizes computer software to present customers with multiple shipping options for delivering parcels to their destinations with varying speed and protections.
- Following standard packaging guidelines; accurately assess materials necessary for packing jobs and perform at customers’ request.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- May be required to open or close the store
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma required
- Experience working in the retail environment
- Graphic design and experience working in a print environment preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer service experience with strong verbal/written skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
