Red Wing Shoes - Sherwood Park purpose-built footwear has been at the spearhead of innovation in the standard of excellence for work boots around the world. We are currently looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer service driven individuals to join our team as sales associates.

Preference will be given to applicants that possess the following skills:

- Possess the ability to converse with customers in order to promote the in-store experience
- **Have a positive, outgoing and friendly attitude**
- Be able to work mostly independently and take direction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Flexible, Patient, Punctual, Dependable, Dedicated

**All applicants must be able to work some Saturdays, Sundays and some evenings.**

Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Customer Service and Sales: Greet customers, identify their needs, provide assistance in suggesting suitable product and support sales in a professional manner; raise the customer experience level in the store.
- Support Duties and Responsibilities: Store and sales floor maintenance, and when required, assist with placing and pricing new merchandise on the sales floor. Generate sales and be active in retail sales. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
