**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**
- Generate weekly performance reports, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop process documentation and communicate workflow changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and their impact on business objectives.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Additional Skills and Experience**:

- Familiarity with industry policies and best practices to ensure compliance and deliverability.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Work Location**:

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
