Chuck’s Truck Service Centre Ltd. is currently looking for a **Service Advisor** to join their team.

Our Service Advisor is one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service.

He is responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required to their vehicle, as well as on routine maintenance.

The Service Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, booking appointments, and building lasting relationships.

The Service Advisor is a great role to improve and perfect your customer service skills while having the opportunity to develop strong product knowledge and sales techniques

**Job Duties**:

- Scheduling appointments.
- Dealing with customer’s inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**What We Look For**:

- A great attitude
- Previous Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred.
- Good mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong People Skills
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.

- Problem solver.
