At **Redline Autohaus & Performance**, we’re not your average repair shop we’re passionate about precision, performance, and people. We’re looking for a **customer-focused, organized, and energetic Service Advisor** to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. From check-in to pick-up, you’ll guide them through a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.

**Location**: Redline Autohaus & Performance - Windsor, Ontario
**Compensation**: $25/hour + Commission & 2 Weeks Paid Vacation

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greet and assist customers with a professional, positive attitude
- Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues, and communicate repair needs clearly
- Prepare accurate repair orders (RO) and obtain approval before work begins
- Provide estimates by calculating labour, parts, and additional services
- Verify warranty or service contract coverage when applicable
- Maintain open communication with customers explain services, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, towing, and courtesy transportation when needed
- Keep detailed records of services performed and follow up on outstanding repairs
- Stay up to date with training and industry knowledge
- Support the service team in maintaining a professional and efficient environment

What You Bring to the Table:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience (automotive background is an asset)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work within business hours (Monday-Friday)
