As we expand, we’re looking for a **Door-to-Door Sales Manager** to lead from the front, build a high-performing sales team, and make a lasting impact in the renewable energy space.

**The Role**:
As our D2D Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our field sales operations. Your main mission? Recruit, train, motivate, and scale a door-to-door sales team that drives measurable growth and builds strong customer trust. You’re not just managing reps—you’re building future leaders.

**What You'll Do**:

- Recruit and onboard a team of door-to-door sales reps
- Develop sales scripts, territory plans, and training materials
- Ride-along with reps to coach, train, and elevate performance
- Set sales targets and hold the team accountable for results
- Foster a culture of personal responsibility, integrity, and hustle
- Lead from the front—demonstrating high performance in the field
- Track and analyze KPIs to refine strategies and boost productivity
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales goals with company growth objectives

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in door-to-door sales, with 1+ year managing reps
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead successful sales teams
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Goal-driven and results-focused with a can-do attitude
- Passion for renewable energy and a drive to make a difference

Pay: $4,000.00-$10,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
