**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Conduct warm, in-home consultations — no cold calling.
- Present solutions tailored to each customer’s budget, style, and energy efficiency goals.
- Build trust through honest, educational conversations.
- Manage your pipeline in a CRM and follow up like a pro.
- Coordinate with installers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Advise clients on rebates, financing, and government programs.
- Represent Glarior with integrity, punctuality, and a service-first attitude.

**Who You Are**:

- 1-3 years of B2C sales experience (home improvement is a plus);
- Comfortable with basic measurements and construction concepts;
- Tech-savvy — you know your way around mobile apps and CRMs;
- Organized, goal-driven, and motivated by more than just commission;
- A great communicator who listens first and sells second;
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle.
