**Field Sales Representative**

**The Opportunity**

Our Calgary, Alberta location is seeking a dynamic and energetic **Field Sales Representative**to join our team. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced setting, providing cost-savings solutions to our customers within our fulfillment framework. Some one who doesn’t mind messing it up a bit behind the scenes and even being a bit of a nerd with the computer but agile enough to jump in the car and drop into a customer location with some product brochures and a cheerful smile. Our products are great because they work by saving our customers money. Our customers have varied needs and varied personalities.

**Some Specifics**
- Being AwSUM means being agile in 3 areas: Field Sales, Order Fulfilment & Customer Administration.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries and communication through various channels
- Advance orders to the pick and pack stage so they are ready to ship; this includes some basic data entry/management (Inflow and Hubspot)
- Maintain CRM (Hubspot); upkeep of customer records, data and contacts.
- Assist senior Sales Team with quotations and online sourcing of products and delivery of products samples. The aim is to grow you into an AwSUM senior technical sales or customer service guru

**And you**
- Strong computing & communication skills (MS Word, MS Teams/Zoom, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task and work under pressure; enthusiastic, self-motivated, possess strong work ethic; detail-oriented and organized.
- 1-2+ years customer service experience & basic mechanical knowledge would be an asset.
- Class 5 Driver licence with safe driving record & reliable personal vehicle (reimbursed).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
