Key Responsibilities

Manages full recruitment cycle by partnering with Human Resources and Managers assessing the recruitment needs on an ongoing basis.

Creates and posts job descriptions on various social media platforms.

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent.

Coordinate interviews with for hiring managers.

Has solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape

Has strong knowledge of interview practices and techniques

Has knowledge of the provincial employment legislation

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience

Strong organizational skills

Fluent and proficient in English

Chinese speaking language is a must, any other knowledge of a language is a bonus

**Salary**: $50,453.61-$111,318.98 per year

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate

  • North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
