Mirabelli Corporation is in growth mode and we are excited to announce that we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our North York office. As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for all administrative aspects of managing commercial construction projects, working closely with the Project Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with management of schedule, cost and quality control to ensure project success.
- Obtain subtrade quotations for change orders.
- Organize paperwork and construction documents.
- Obtain and review shop drawings from subtrades.
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
- Schedule meetings, attending and taking detailed minutes when required.
- Schedule site walk throughs at project closeout.
- Prepare contract documentation and negotiate revisions, changes and additions.
- Manage travel arrangements for site staff.
- Submit receipts for company visa and allocate to the appropriate jobs.
- Issue work orders, schedule work and monitor progress.
- Order materials and equipment and arrange delivery to site.
- Prepare and review project plans and cost estimates.
- Communicate project progress with stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating completed projects.
- Prepare closeout documentation including manuals.
- Organize and manage time to ensure effective performance.
- Work in conjunction with teammates to ensure projects run smoothly.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a General Contracting environment. (essential requirement)
- Experience in commercial renovation projects or any ICI renovation projects.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Numeracy and mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Capacity to coordinate multiple tasks through superior time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new things and adapt quickly.
- Positive attitude and a team spirit.
