BMS Enterprises is a leading, nation-wide distributor of adult novelties. We are currently seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our Brampton, ON office.

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of BMS Enterprises’s e-commerce website, and must have experience with Shopify & Magento. This role includes maintaining product listings, pricing, inventory management, and customer orders. As well as, assisting with the design and layout of e-commerce pages to maximize sales potential.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the design and layout of e-commerce pages to maximize sales potential.
- Perform price and inventory management.
- Set up and maintain all e-commerce software (e.g. Google Adwords).
- Price products accurately.
- Maintain e-commerce records in a proper manner.
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions.
- Assist customers with purchasing process.
- Prepare order confirmations and confirmations of delivery.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Deal with customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep updated records on customer interactions, process, sales, inventory, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience in a large online store environment. No knowledge of price management or inventory control preferred. A strong background in marketing online retail sites is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work independently or in a team environment preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
