**Who we’re looking for**:
**Learning & Development Specialist**
Like WCG, you believe in the power of work to transform lives. As Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, designing, developing, organizing, and delivering and monitoring training solutions for staff, Service Provider partners, employers, and jobseekers. The L&D Specialist is also responsible to measure the effectiveness of training solutions and procedures, complete research and needs analysis and drive compliance and performance through continual improvement.
**What you’ll do**:
- Developing a strong understanding of WCG and Employment Ontario’s contract, guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Leading the creation of e-learning resources, training, instructional templates, and documentation
- Conducting on-going assessments to identify learning needs, continuous improvement and enhance organizational effectiveness to ensure the success of the training delivery
- Collaborating with other departments in projects that drive client engagement, help Service Providers meet service levels, and increase job seeker/employer outcomes
- Delivering training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques, develop and optimize tools to cater to a wide array of learning needs (auditory, visual, kinesthetic)
**What you bring**:
- Working knowledge of Rise and Articulate Storyline 360
- Strong knowledge of e-learning design principles and program evaluation methods to develop performance measures and report on learning outcomes
- Two (2) + years’ experience facilitating training and developing stakeholder presentations
- Experience using learning management systems to develop and deliver training content
- Advanced MS Office skills
- A criminal record check is required
