**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair procedures and costs clearly
- Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to coordinate repairs and parts ordering
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns professionally
- Upsell additional services or repairs that may benefit the customer while maintaining integrity
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs

**Skills**
- Proven experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Sales acumen, including upselling techniques that benefit both the customer and the shop
- Proficiency in estimating software and familiarity with automotive parts catalogs
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor

This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic automotive team, providing valuable services to our customers while utilizing your technical expertise.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
