**About the Role**:
The Auto Body Collision Estimator inspects vehicles to provide repair estimates, follows guidelines to determine damage extent and repair costs, and creates estimation repair orders and documents.

**Schedule**: Full-time and Part-time available

**Compensation**: $70,000-$90,000/yr

**Who You Are**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Body Shop Estimator and proven track record with ICBC

**License**: Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.

**Skills**: Technical knowledge of Body Shop parts and repairs

**Customer Service**:Deliver excellent customer service with a desire to exceed expectations.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**:
**Diagnose and Estimate**: Listen to customer descriptions, inspect vehicles, and conduct road tests to diagnose issues. Provide accurate repair estimates.

**Review and Discuss**: Enter itemized estimates, review with customers and insurance companies, and explain repair feasibility.

**Customer Communication**: Maintain rapport by explaining estimates, arranging towing, and providing regular updates.

**Documentation and Tagging**: Ensure vehicles are tagged and documented upon service entry, including key tags with full details.

**Inspection and Payment**: Perform visual inspections before service, handle payments, and review invoices with clients upon completion.
