Job Overview
We're hiring an Estimator / A-to-Z Lite to help run daily operations at our Surrey collision repair shop.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and seeing repairs through from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Write accurate ICBC-compliant estimates
Handle supplements and reinspections
Coordinate parts ordering and follow-ups
Communicate with customers throughout repairs
Work closely with technicians and production
Perform final quality checks before delivery
Keep files organized and ready for billing
Requirements
Collision repair or estimating experience preferred
Strong organization and follow-through
Comfortable multitasking in a busy shop
Professional communication skills
Willingness to learn and improve systems
