**First Onsite** is seeking to hire a **full-time District General Manager.**

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A District General Manager**

As a District General Manager, you will build and manage relationships with branch managers, team members and customers. In this role you will empower your employees through thoughtful leadership and promote a proactive sales and business development culture. You will inspire a high-performance culture in branches through employee feedback and support. Your passion for people will be displayed through organizing ongoing team events to support our positive culture.

As necessary, you resolve disputes and complaints in a positive and professional manner. The strong relationships you build with your branch managers, home/business owners, adjusters, property managers, and other key players assist you in supporting your district. Your knowledge of the restoration/construction industry, and your knack for customer service and sales help you excel in this leadership position.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 years Restoration/insurance industry experience
- Exceptional leadership skills partnered with the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally at all levels.
- Experience planning and monitoring budgets
- Valid driver's license
- Clean criminal record
