As a Computer Network Technician at ODIT Solutions, you’ll be a key player on our team with strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric focus. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local and wide area networks, as well as workstations and peripheral equipment.
- Perform Audio-Visual (AV) installations, including mounting displays, configuring systems, and integrating control equipment in commercial and residential settings.
- Set up and configure multi-division units for clients, ensuring seamless interconnectivity and performance across departments or business lines.
- Install and manage computer networks, including routers, switches, cabling, and security protocols, to support efficient and secure operations.
- Deploy and troubleshoot Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, ensuring accurate integration with backend systems and proper user training.
- Design and implement wireless network solutions, optimizing for speed, reliability, and coverage in a variety of environments.
- Provide ongoing IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both remotely and onsite.
- Maintain accurate documentation for installations, configurations, and service records.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and professional project delivery.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to provide innovative and effective solutions.
Computer & Technology Knowledge:
- Proficient in MS Windows, Internet, device drivers, and networking software/hardware.
- Familiar with intranet, servers, mail server software, and desktop publishing software.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with on-call availability.
- Must be available at least 2-3 days per week (not weekends or weeknights)
Pay: $20-$25.00 per hour
