A career as a Generalist Advisor in the National Bank Operations sector, you can capitalize on your consulting skills and ability to collaborate in synergy with your colleagues. By meeting the varied needs of our SME clients, you will play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction and success.
**Your job**
- Provide advisory services aligned with the needs of business clients, mainly via incoming calls
- Answer questions about clients' banking products and financing solutions
- Analyze files, identify transactional and financing opportunities, and promote our digital solutions
- Guide SMEs in choosing financial products by providing recommendations tailored to their needs
- Actively participate in your own personal development by upgrading your skills and enhancing your understanding of SME’s economic challenges
**Your team**
The team under the Operations Vice-President is dedicated to the satisfaction and development of our SME clients. You will report to the Senior Manager Flex and work closely with a team of 8 colleagues who share the values of collaboration, excellence and drive.
We promote a flexible, hybrid work environment that combines working on-site and remotely to help you achieve work/life balance. Our schedules, from 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, allow for an organization that can be adjusted according to your needs.

**Prerequisites**
- College diploma in a field related to the activity sector and two years of relevant experience OR university certificate or undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and three years of relevant experience
- Call centre experience, an asset
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work on a team
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
