**What Will You Do?**
- HR advisor duties, including employee relations, rewards & recognition, policies, and employee development as required
- Implement and support HR programs, policies, and processes in alignment with company strategy and priorities
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance in accordance with company policies
- Assist management and leadership with employee relations issues and performance management
- Assist with preparing and support of annual HR processes for performance management, salary and bonus review, and headcount planning
- Preparation of HR documentation such as contract offers, disciplinary, and termination letters
- Interpret policy and applicable legislation as needed
- Administrative duties related to HR programs and initiatives

**What Will You Bring to the Role?**
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in HR, Business or related discipline
- CPHR designation is an asset
- 3-6 years experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist role
- Industrial experience preferred, such as oil & gas, manufacturing, forestry, or construction
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
