We have an immediate opening for an **Operations Manager **at our location in **Cambridge**. We are looking to hire enthusiastic, personable individuals who are a team player, have excellent multi tasking skills, and preferably extensive knowledge of Fasteners industry.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the team in the day to day operations. The successful incumbent would be responsible for planning, coaching and mentoring the team, developing and monitor KPIs and ensuring deliverables are met.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing company operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive
- Working with the COO to set and drive the organizational vision and mission, corporate strategy, and hiring needs
- Measuring and analyzing current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy
- Developing actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short
- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the COO
- Strategically managing, organizing, and coordinating employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiency
- Implementing financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass the industry average
- Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management
- Building and maintaining relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry
- Evaluate existing
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in Fasteners Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; able to produce deliverables across a variety of formats (spreadsheets, presentations, documents, project plans, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what it takes to keep the product team functioning smoothly and quickly
- Excellent analytical skills and quantitative approach to decision making.
**Full time. Monday through Friday. 8am-4:30pm.**
