**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Monitor daily operations and address any issues that arise to ensure seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and track progress towards achieving them.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities; experience managing diverse teams is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.79-$47.57 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
