Are you energetic and ready to be a part of a winning team? As a member of the Stadium Operations team, you will be part of delivering an amazing Fan Experience by playing a key role in assisting with field of play and grounds maintenance to provide the best stadium experience for all events.

This role requires a highly accountable individual to execute task delivery on schedule. You are required to work efficiently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.

This is a full-time (salaried) position where the hours are based around field activities, business needs and events at the stadium. Events are primarily evenings, holidays, and weekends.

**What you will do**:

- Execute field painting, maintenance and line removal to ensure field appears vivid and continuously maintained
- Execute Field of Play (FOP) setup and conversions between sporting events while working alongside staff
- Execute snow clearing and summer grounds maintenance. Grounds maintenance includes weeding, cutting, mowing utilizing lawn equipment in a safe manner
- Demonstrate strong communication skills by providing direction and coordination of seasonal, hourly staff on field painting, grounds tasks and field of play conversions
- Assist with equipment upkeep, maintenance and training
- Assist with event preparation including set up and tear down
- Other tasks and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and some holidays based on event schedules
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and work within tight timelines
- Ability to work with limited supervision and have a positive attitude
- A strong work ethic, an eye for detail and able to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively, including strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Hold a current valid driver’s license to drive equipment
- Experience with operating and maintaining equipment with small engines preferred
