We’re looking for a **Customer Experience Representative** to be the warm, professional face of our luxury showroom. You’ll greet customers, guide them through product selections, support purchases and returns, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome guests, engage with customers, and create a warm first impression
- Support service desk operations: purchases, returns, exchanges, and order coordination
- Ensure products are properly scanned, packaged, and ready to go
- Maintain a clean, organized, inspiring showroom environment
- Develop strong product knowledge (we’ll train you)
- Assist with problem-solving, order follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Support cross-selling and recommendations when appropriate
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to support customers
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 1 year experience** in customer service (retail, hospitality, front desk, airline, or similar)
- **Bilingual French & English**:
- Professional, polished communication and people skills
- Friendly, positive, calm under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask
- Comfortable with computers and POS systems
- Available to work weekends
- Knowledge of home décor or lighting industry is a plus.

Ce que vous ferez
- Accueillir les clients, interagir avec eux et créer une première impression chaleureuse
- Répondre aux demandes en magasin, par téléphone et par courriel
- Soutenir les opérations du comptoir de service : achats, retours, échanges et coordination des commandes
- S’assurer que les produits sont correctement scannés, emballés et prêts à emporter
- Maintenir un environnement de salle d’exposition propre, organisé et inspirant
- Développer une solide connaissance des produits (formation offerte)
- Aider à la résolution de problèmes, au suivi des commandes et à la gestion des situations clients
- Appuyer les ventes croisées et formuler des recommandations lorsque pertinent
- Collaborer avec l’entrepôt et l’équipe de vente pour répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients
Profil recherché
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle (commerce de détail, hôtellerie, réception, aviation ou équivalent)
- Bilingue français et anglais
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication
- Attitude positive, sympathique et calme en situation de pression
- Organisé(e), minutieux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- À l’aise avec les ordinateurs et systèmes de point de vente
- Disponible pour travailler les fins de semaine
- Une connaissance du domaine de la décoration intérieure ou de l’éclairage est un atout
