**Account Coordinator**
**We’re on the hunt **RedRhino is growing and we are looking for a wildly talented and organized Rhino to join the crash. We work very closely with Red Rhino to ensure that the products we build are designed well and contain effective marketing strategies to give our clients the best chance of success. Placing an emphasis on ‘Active’, we regularly partake in activities such as sports leagues (curling, soccer), corporate challenges (internal and external), running clubs, golf outings, ping pong, and more. We encourage our team members to be active both inside and outside the office.
**The Job**
Working with the accounts team, including Managers and Directors, you are the engine that ensures projects are well organized and move through the organization in an efficient manner. You are eager to jump in and have an interest in growing into a more senior account role after developing a strong knowledge base of, and experience with, our lovely clients and internal processes. Your responsibilities will include:
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Schedule, attend and take clear well-defined notes for distribution to the necessary people. This includes client meetings, internal check-ins, resourcing, and tracking with the accounts team.
- Collecting all project details, assets, files, client notes, etc. and ensuring they’re able to be accessed easily and efficiently by all team members when needed.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining work back schedules, client status sheets and timelines. Includes proactive communication with account managers on project status or anticipated hurdles.
- Monitoring project hours and budgets on a regular basis, recognizing and flagging any potential overages.
- Internal Communication. Working with teammates in the studio, dev team, digital team, senior management, and accounts to ensure all project management details are communicated in the correct way, to the correct person, at the correct time.
**Other Support**
- Work with AM or independently as required, to create written project plans that align with client business strategy while focusing on concrete and attainable deliverables.
- Making a variety of content edits and changes on client websites during and post development.
- Project research, including new business or RFPs.
- Presentation preparation including coordinating/collecting information, and formatting.
- Basic copywriting, editing and proofing.
- Updating and developing reports including both internal and client facing documents such as status reports, budget reports, digital performance reporting.
**Desired skills & experience**
- Understanding of website design and development (WordPress).
- Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experience is an asset.
- Media Planning experience, particularly digital, is an asset.
- Passion for moving projects through to successful completion.
- Solid understanding of project management and media implications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous project management experience is an asset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
- Self-starter, highly curious about how the business works, and able to focus when it counts.
- A mastery of the written word.
- Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
