We are looking for a new team member to fill the position of Yard Coordinator reporting to the Yard Superintendent. In this position you will be responsible for all materials handling in the BelPacific yard, including loading, offloading and storage of equipment and tools.

**Your Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Load & unload equipment/tools from trucks
- Load & unload inventory materials from trucks
- Storage, testing, minor maintenance and arranging service of equipment and tools
- Counting inventory during shipping and receiving to verify requisition and shipping manifest accuracy
- Maintaining the yard, containers, tool cribs and lockups in and organized and neat manner
- Handle and deliver all materials to site when required
- Living and promoting the NorLand shared values

**To qualify for this role, you should have**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Safety knowledge and experience in construction industry is preferred
- Current Forklift Operator Competency certification is essential
- Current Level 1 First Aid is an asset
- Fit to work - Ability to see, hear, walk, stand, and lift up to 70lbs (35kg) unassisted
- Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A Valid BC Driver’s license is required
- Shoring, anchoring and drilling knowledge is an asset
- Good work ethic and a great commitment to safety

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
