We are currently seeking a Support Worker (SW) to join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. You will provide non-medical support, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

3. Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments.

4. Support clients with mobility and safety within their homes.

5. Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.

6. Follow care plans and ensure client dignity, respect, and well-being.

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience in home care, housekeeping, or caregiving (preferred and required).

2. Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care.

4. Reliable and responsible, with a commitment to high-quality service.

5. Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

6. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred and required).

7. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
