At Advanced Care Support Services, we are committed to ensuring that our clients receive individualized community-based services that will enable the individual to attain a preferred quality of life. Our support services are designed to meet the needs of people at different stages of rehabilitation and or personal care services and much more.

We focus on the following key areas:

- Personal Support Services
- Assisted Community Living
- Programs for Independent Living
- Personal Skills
- Community Supports
- Homemaking Assistance
- Personal Support and Assisted Living Services
- Accessibility and Resource Connections
- Reassurance Checks

Rate of pay is twenty two dollars an hour. Must have own vehicle and willing to travel to client's homes to assist in the above areas. Out of town clients, all PSWs will be paid travel time.

All successful applicants will be sub-contracting their services to Advanced Care Support Services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Employees must be fully vaccinated and will be provided personal protective equipment.
