**In the position of an Accounting Clerk, we would ask you to do the following**:
- Timekeeping
- Tracking duties for; procurement, material, fuel logs, and various project costs
- Take meeting minutes and distribute accordingly
- Assisting with LEM's
- Performing various other administrative duties, such as, filing, and correspondence preparation
**Required Attributes**:
- 1-2 years of office experience
- A diploma or post secondary in Administration or Accounting would be considered an asset.
- Team player.
- Very good people skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Project-goal oriented.
- Proficient in problem solving.
**Here are a few of the attributes and experience you need to be successful in this position**:
- Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
- You have a safety conscious attitude and able to work with others in a team
- Valid driver's license - Driver's Abstract is required
- Drug and Alcohol Test required
