**Job Title: Construction Project Manager**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Construction Project Manager** to join our team and play a key role in the successful execution of projects.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all project aspects, including budget, schedule, resources, and quality, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide on-site leadership to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, project teams, and upper management regarding project status, issues, and changes.
- Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in construction estimating and quoting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
