**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, or tiles.
- Perform repairs on existing roofs to ensure they are watertight and structurally sound.
- Conduct inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during roofing projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized throughout the duration of projects.

**Skills**
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in roofing and construction work.
- Strong background in construction practices, including carpentry skills.
- Experience with caulking techniques for sealing joints and seams effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during roofing tasks.
- Competence in reading blueprints to accurately follow project designs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
