WD Swim is a growing swim school located in Markham, committed to delivering high-quality aquatic instruction in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Our mission is to help both children and adults build strong swimming skills and water safety awareness—while making learning fun and enjoyable.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead small-group swim classes (up to 5 students) in a fun, safe, and structured manner
- Teach swimmers ranging from beginners to advanced skill levels
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
- Monitor participant safety and respond effectively to emergencies
- Communicate progress and feedback to students, parents, and team members

**Qualifications**
- Energetic, friendly, and passionate about aquatics and youth development
- Previous swim instruction experience is an asset, but **not required—training will be provided**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided)
- Availability for weekday evenings and full weekends

**Work Schedule**
- **Evenings**: Monday to Friday
- **Weekends**: Full-day availability on Saturday & Sunday
- **Flexible hours**: Choose shifts based on your availability

**Job Type**
- **Part-Time**: Less than 20 hours per week
- **Full-Time**: More than 20 hours per week

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
