**Swim/Aquatic Instructors - WD Swim Markham**

WD Swim is a growing swim school committed to providing high-quality aquatic instruction in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated **Swim/Aquatic Instructors** to join our team

**Position Overview**:
As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering fun, engaging, and effective swim lessons while ensuring a safe and positive experience for all participants. Exceptional customer service and a passion for aquatics are a must

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead swim classes for up to 4 participants in a safe and engaging manner
- Provide instruction tailored to various skill levels and age groups
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for all students
- Ensure participant safety and respond to any emergency situations appropriately
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and team members

**Qualifications**:

- Energetic, friendly, and passionate about swimming and fitness
- Prior experience in aquatic instruction is an asset, but **training is provided for new instructors**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekday evenings and weekends

**Work Schedule**:

- Weekday evenings (Monday to Friday)
- weekends
- Flexible hours - pick up shifts based on your availability

**Job Type**:

- Part-time:
30 hours per week

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
