Rova Products Canada Inc. (“Rova”) located in Brampton, Ontario is a custom cable operation and distributor with a wide variety of customers across the industry spectrum.

**LOCATION: 30 Automatic Rd, Brampton, ON L6S 5N8**

**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Maintain up-to-date billing system.
- Contact customers to resolve payment issues.
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
- Prepare statements, invoices and monthly account reconciliations.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Post daily deposits
- Review accounts receivable aging to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Process adjustments and credits.
- Other administrative support as needed.
- Other accounting duties as the position evolves.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- 5 plus years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be a go getter who is motivated to get the job done.
- Experience working in small finance group in a collaborative manner.
- Organized and high attention to detail

**WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT**:

- Familiar with large enterprise accounts
- Experience with accounts receivable management programs: Coupa and SAP Ariba
- Experience in other areas of finance would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in French a strong asset

**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS**
- A University or College Diploma in Accounting or Finance would be considered a strong asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
