**Summary**:
Hero Home Care is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our Care Support team at Hero Central. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients and caregivers are receiving world-class customer experience and will coordinate shifts for hundreds of passionate caregivers as they make lives better in our community.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating caregiver and client schedules.
- Putting up visits and sending out offers.
- Selecting caregivers who you feel are the best match for our clients.
- Finding replacement caregivers as needed.
- Handling caregivers requests to come off clients/schedules.
- Managing our central inbox.
- Answering live calls and providing great customer service.
- Shift reporting support for payroll.
- Reporting on related work.
- Supporting your care teams in the community.
- Liaising with our People & Culture team to determine staffing needs and caregiver performance.
- Any other related duties as requested by Management.

**Position Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience as a scheduler.
- Experience in the healthcare field is an advantage.
- Professional communication skills: Oral and written.
- Ability to work on software and online tools.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
- Can work a minimum of one weekend day per week (e.g. Tuesday - Saturday, Sunday - Thursday).
