**1. Introduction**

St Joseph’s at Fleming invites qualified and experienced recruitment firms to submit proposals to provide professional services for the recruitment and selection of Members of the Board of Directors. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the identification and appointment of up to fourteen exceptional Governors to provide oversight and accountability of the strategic objectives of St Joseph’s at Fleming Peterborough.

**2. Scope of Work**

The recruitment firm will be expected to:

- **Needs Assessment**: Work closely with St Joseph at Fleming Peterborough to understand the organization's strategic objectives, culture, and leadership needs.
- **Interview Support**: Assist in designing interview processes, including developing questions and evaluation criteria.

**3. Deliverables**
- A comprehensive project plan outlining timelines and milestones.
- Reports on reference and background checks.

**4. Eligibility Criteria**

Interested firms should meet the following criteria:

- Demonstrated experience in executive search, particularly for Executive level or C-Suite-level roles.
- A proven track record of successful placements in not-for-profit healthcare industry, particularly Long-Term Care.
- Capacity to deliver services within agreed timelines.

**5. Proposal Requirements**

Firms are required to submit proposals containing the following:

- **Company Profile**: Overview of the firm, including its history, expertise, and relevant experience.
- **Proposed Approach**: Detailed methodology for conducting the recruitment process, including timelines and milestones.
- **Team Composition**: Profiles of key team members who will be involved in the recruitment process.
- **References**: Contact information for at least three organizations for which the firm has conducted similar recruitment.
- **Pricing Structure**: A detailed breakdown of fees and associated costs.
- **Additional Services**: Any other services or value-added offerings that could benefit St Joseph’s at Fleming Peterborough.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

- Expertise and experience in executive recruitment (30%)
- Proposed methodology and approach (25%)
- Team qualifications and availability (20%)
- References and track record (15%)

**8. Timeline**
- **Request for Proposal (RFP) Issued**: January 24th, 2025.
- **Deadline for Submissions**: February 24th, 2025
- **Shortlisting and Interviews with Recruitment Firms**: February 28th, 2025
- **Final Selection and Contract Award**: March 1st, 2025
