**Key Responsibilities**
- Work on the production line in a variety of roles, including operating and cleaning equipment and production spaces.
- Weighing ingredients, staging, and blending.
- Ensure quality output that meets company standards.
- Monitor product, package appearance and package integrity at pack-off station to ensure product is packaged according to company quality standards.
- Participate in the receiving of incoming shipments.
- Complete scheduled and assigned sanitation tasks.
- Assist co-workers when necessary.
- Maximize output of packaging machine by minimizing downtime and waste.
- Ensure machine and floors are free from debris and product.
- Identify machine issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
- Adhere to Food Safety, Standard Operating Procedures, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety policies always.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience considered an asset.
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Completed Food Handlers Certification or willing to complete certificate
- Ability to speak, read, write and basic comprehension of English.
- Good hand and manual dexterity skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 Kg.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
