**Job Overview** **Responsibilities**: - Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations - Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that MBRP requires to be used or worn - Report to your Supervisor the absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which you are aware and which may endanger yourself or another worker - Report to your Supervisor any contravention of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations or the existence of any hazard you observe - Comply with MBRP Policies and Procedures that apply - Report to Customer Product & Support Manager **Job Specific Duties**: **Order Entry** - Send pick slips to warehouse for in stock orders to be processed - Edit and maintain the orders as requested by customers/sales team - Confirm supporting documentation (pricing, discounts, special items) with Account Clerk - Sales Support - Monitor credit limits for customers and advise Director of Finance when over **Customer and Product Support -** - Respond to e mails requesting stock checks, shipment status, pricing etc. - Enter freight lines for shipping on single and truck orders **Preferred Skills** - Ability to multitask - Communicate effectively - Strong computer skills - Attention to detail **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 6 months Pay: $20.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Call center: 1 year (required) - Customer service: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
