**About You**

As a person, you’re a learner, a natural leader - someone who is always reliable, taking initiative to solve problems, and teaming up with others to make things better for all. As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. _You also _
- Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Have both a High School Diploma or GED and/or [1 years] of continuous work experience.
- Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Can pass a background screening
- Ability to stand and walk 90% of the shift
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must maintain excellent safety and attendance performance
- Good communication and listening skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience operating mobile equipment (forklift, lift truck, scissor lift etc.)
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment and with shift work

Additional $1.00-$2.00 per hour for nights/weekends (with premium rates on Sundays) and available pay increases within your first year.
