Procurement Coordinator

**Position Summary**
The Procurement Coordinator will be reporting to the procurement team. You are responsible for supporting all facets of the supply chain. A master of organization, you help the team execute strategy, day-to-day tasks, and stay on top of our deliverables. As a face of the procurement team for outside vendors, you are responsible for ensuring paperwork and information is communicated in a timely fashion.
**Responsibilities**:
- Inventory management and PO entry.
- Communicate with outside vendors to ensure purchase order numbers and pick up numbers are communicated to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and update internal teams with changes in delivery schedules or shortages.
- Communicate with internal receiving team about expectations and specifications.
- Update procurement team pricing models to ensure accurate data.
- Manage customer specific pricing models to ensure accurate data.
- Disseminate forecasts and make sure buyers are on top of their weekly needs and specs.
- Forecast and perform PO checks, price discrepancies, errors, or omissions.
- Analyze appropriate product breakdown by day and delivery window.
- Manage customer requested sample and timelines for deliveries.
- Manage and approve all vendor invoices for procurement team.
- Manage all paperwork required by customs and additional federal agencies.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years’ administrative experience, produce or hospitality a bonus.
- 2+ years’ experience in supply chain or similar industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. You should be familiar with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, SUMIF, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good understanding of computers and ability to learn a customer ERP.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive.
- Professionalism with internal and external customers.
- Resourceful, quick learner and eager to learn the process.
- Confident, not afraid to ask and get involved.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
