Spanish Educational Assistant

**Footprints for Learning Charter Academy (FLCA)** is seeking a **Spanish Educational Assistant**for a **6-week temporary position** to assist teachers and students in Spanish language instruction and classroom activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the homeroom teacher to deliver engaging Spanish lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to enhance their Spanish language learning.
- Help with classroom management and student engagement.
- Assist in grading assignments, preparing materials, and organizing classroom resources.
- Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and school events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or school administration.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student learning.
- A positive and patient attitude when working with students.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 weeks
