As a Fabricator, and a member of our team you should:
**- **Strive to be the best person you can be. This doesn't directly relate only to your quality of work, but as a genuine loyal, honest, happy human

**- **Be friendly, outgoing, and have great people skills Being able to talk to clients and coworkers about more than just work is an important relationship building trait.

**- **Have a drivers license, you may be required to do site visits/checks, meet with clients and oversee installs on larger projects.

**- **You should be willing to learn, and learn from your mistakes. Also, being open to giving advice to others on new/different ways to create products.

**- **Have a great eye for detail. Details can make or break a project in each and every phase. Not every project is the same, and may require different levels of problem solving.

As a Fabricator, the team will rely on you to take the project from the start of production, to a paint ready product. The duties that are included in this (but not limited to) are:
**- ** Attending take-off meetings with the sales rep, production manager, and installation manager.

**- ** Coordinating with our design/pre-press team and client

**- ** Leading the project through the production process, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, on budget, and top quality.

**- ** MIG and TIG welding

- Working with Acrylics/Plastics

**- ** Working with Low Voltage/LEDs

**- ** Wood Fabrication (if applicable)

**- ** Salary of $65K - $85K (worked in to an hourly rate)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
