Whether you're an experienced agent looking to scale your results or someone transitioning from a residential background into commercial, this role offers growth, flexibility, and real potential.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Actively prospect and generate leads in commercial real estate (industrial, office, retail, development land, etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with investors, developers, landlords, and tenants
- Prepare and present proposals, leasing packages, and CMA reports
- Coordinate commercial property tours, negotiations, and contracts
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, clients, and past clients to build your pipeline
- Stay current with market trends, zoning, and new opportunities
- Represent the team’s values and standards in all transactions and communications
**Bonus Responsibilities (If You’re Great at These)**:
- Keep client records organized and transactions on track using CRM and digital tools
- Assist with marketing efforts (social media, listing packages, flyers)
- Manage document submissions, compliance, and brokerage communications

**What You Bring**:
- Commercial Real Estate experience (preferred) or residential with a strong sales record and desire to transition
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (REQUIRED)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRMs (ex: Lofty)
- Bonus: Canva, Instagram/TikTok/YouTube experience

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
