Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will support the execution of campaigns, create engaging content, and help streamline departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Content Creation:

- Design visually compelling graphics using Photoshop for social media and other digital platforms (Including Brand websites)
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts and marketing materials.
2. Campaign Management Support:

- Update and maintain campaign performance reports, tracking progress and results.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard.
3. Digital Media Metrics Analysis:

- Assist in monitoring and analyzing digital media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and suggestions for campaign optimization.
4. Budget Tracking:

- Maintain and update the expense budget tracker to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
5. Organizational Support:

- Keep marketing files, reports, and documentation well-organized and up to date.
- Assist with administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency.
6. Attention to Detail:

- Review all outputs to ensure they align with MACC’s brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must-Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Photoshop with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for social media and marketing purposes.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure error-free work.
- Preferred Skills:

- Experience with social media management tools
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
