**OVERVIEW**

*
ROLE PURPOSE*
The Quality Control Inspector is accountable for evaluating the quality of finished goods as well as accurately documenting the results from any inspections conducted.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Analyze, document and report on inspection results.
- Document and report abnormalities to Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Problem solves production issues, i.e., provide suggestions, and recommendations to increase accuracy.
- Determine inefficiencies and help develop effective processes to increase overall line efficiency.
- Implement and monitor new processes.
- Monitor and verify the quality of outgoing finished goods to maintain compliance requirements.
- Train workers on outgoing finished goods inspection, procedures, and policies
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to develop and maintain good working relationships in support of the organization’s mission and goals.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures for health and safety, especially company Covid-19 protocols.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT*
- High School Diploma
- Computer Literacy - Level 1
- 1+ year of Manufacturing

- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
- Ability to lift 10-15 Kg’s of weight
