- Witness and document pressure tests, flange bolt-ups, and torqueing/tensioning requirements.
- Conduct visual weld inspections, dimensional checks, and orientation verifications.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all quality-related documentation, including QC turnover packages.
- Submit “as-built” drawings and ensure all deviations are documented.
- Prepare detailed reports and ensure all data reports are completed accurately.
- Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when deviations occur.

- Supervise welder performance qualification tests and ensure proper training and orientation.
- Conduct audits on electrode storage, calibration of equipment, welding parameters, and material control.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, client specifications, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong commitment to safety and promoting a safe work environment.
- Professional engineer certification or relevant qualifications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, small capital projects, or plant turnarounds.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of management and clients.
