This position requires extensive travel all over North America.

**Job Duties**:

- Design/ Analyze/ Investigate/ Examine network systems, network storages, network communication, cyber security protocols for the Cloud Hosting Artificial Intelligence R&D projects
- Manage all infrastructure design, procurement, installation, deployment and maintenance of all CMS related projects
- Prioritize tasks, Conduct project scheduling, project development and planning
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status operation and maintenance of project
- Conduct on-site walk-throughs prior to and after completion of the projects to understand scope of work and ensure project deliverables have been met
- Assist in controlling the quality of the product/solutions related to the IT product that is released by the Company
- Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
- Create installation package for the customer with specification of version (some experience with setup and deployment projects using Visual Studio 2003/2005 required)
- Provide customer/end user updates on software release date and next steps
- Collect live reports and present these to the CMS Team
- Act as a liaison between Customer, technical support and the CMS team
- Finish projects within specified timeframe
- Provide feedback to Management including (but not limited to): software features, customization and customer needs
- Document and track plans as required by Management. Provide project management status updates in the form of written and oral communication.
- Maintain existing programs by making modifications as required and support the modifications within the SOP
- Ensures that all of the Company’s technology equipment is up and running efficiently and productively ensuring that all staff can achieve organizational objectives
- Acts as the main liaison for network related suppliers to ensure that end users systems are running effectively
- Maintain end user servers for optimal performance (assess downtime, running virus scans etc).
- Makes recommendations to the end user regarding the manner in which the Company technology equipment is organized and set-up, in order to promote increased efficiency, safer information storage/transfers and increased cost-effectiveness
- Providing after hours support when necessary
- Ensure you are logging into the phone system at all times to take overflow of Tech Support calls

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
