**This is for you if**:

- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must love dealing with people
- You have excellent computer skills and knowledge and experience with accounting (Quickbooks online), Google workspace, ASANA and other cloud-based software programs and can learn new programs with ease
- You thrive in coordinating multiple tasks, & providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to take responsibility, initiate and contribute systems and ideas to continually improve the smooth operation of the business
- Strong business and financial acumen
- You have great attention to detail and organizational skills

**In this role you will be**:

- Provide scheduling and logístical support to the General Manager, Arborist Representatives and Crew Leaders to ensure efficient flow of operations that contribute to annual revenue and profit goals.
- Provide sales support to Arborist Representatives to meet sales targets and to maintain 10/10 customer rating through assisting with the customers experience and ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied.
- Provide bookkeeping and payroll support: accounts receivable, account payable, bi-weekly time sheets and weekly/monthly scorecard preparation.
- Reporting to the General Manager, you are comfortable in a integrator role and are inspired and engaged in helping a small business grow at every level.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
