**Transportation Compliance & Asset Coordinator**

This position will report and work under the direction of the Health & Safety Manager. This position will support the Driver and Dispatch Manager. Reporting metrics to be communicated to the key central management and business unit managers.

Data Entry and Record Keeping are key responsibilities of the Coordinator which will work from our 240 Massey Road Terminal in Guelph, ON.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain company transport permits and licensing; CVOR, US DOT, Vehicle Plating, & Permit Books
- Review assets to ensure accuracy, registration is up to date
- ELD, Speed & Critical event monitoring and reports
- Coordinate Driver eRail Safe training
- Administer Fuel Cards, driver Keys, fuel reporting and other key metrics

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a trucking company transportation department
- History of service excellence, especially relating to communication
- Work in a fast-paced environment within the transportation industry.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple offsite locations to gather data and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner.
- High degree of professional maturity with previous experience in environments requiring access to confidential or sensitive data
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Trucking company transportation department: 2 years (preferred)
- transportation industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & ISAAC: 1 year (required)
- Compliance and Asset coordination: 1 year (preferred)
