HF Interiors Inc. is a growing company who provide the supply and installation of commercial interior finishes. We specialize in high end, custom acoustic wall finishes and ceiling products for major projects in Toronto and the GTA

We are building a team of professionals who value work ethic, quality, and integrity. You will be working directly with the owners of the company. With their guidance and training there is room for advancement for those members of our team who are looking to expand their careers in commercial contracting.

We are looking for individuals who can join out team as commercial interior finish installers for major construction projects in GTA. Our clients are some of the biggest companies in the city and world.

We are hiring individuals by contract in the beginning to assess capabilities. Hours are invoiced as an independent contractor and are paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Full time salary positions are available for truly capable individuals.

Work is available immediately.

**Who you are**:
You are someone who has previous experience in commercial interior finish work, finish carpentry, fabric panels or upholstery work.

You are flexible with hours, have a strong ethic, can work as team, solve problems and work hard and be willing to learn.

We can offer full and part time hours.

Job sites are around the GTA and you must be able to get to the sites on your own.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Installation of Wood, Felt, Fabric, and other interior acoustic wall finishes in commercial offices.
- Installation of Wood, Felt, Fabric, and other acoustic ceiling finishes in commercial offices.
- Assisting with or independently taking site/field measurements.
- Assisting with or independently completing ceiling or wall layouts for installations.
- Completing commercial construction projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Cutting, measuring, and installing various types of custom interior finishes.
- Maintaining quality and workmanship standards required to pass all deficiency reviews.
- Working in a safe, professional manner always. Keep all safety certification up to date.
- Assist the site foremen and project manager in completing the projects in time.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Ceiling Layout Experience / Layout/Measurement Experience
- Ability to read Architectural Drawings (Blueprints)
- Previous experience installing wall coverings
- Previous experience installing commercial finishes
- Experience on commercial construction sites (office towers, open concept offices, restaurants, banks)
- Skills from other detail oriented trades like finish carpentry and millwork are very transferable to our work. Materials are often custom products that get only one chance to be installed correctly.

**Essential Certifications**
- **Current Working at Heights Certification - **If you are experienced you should already have this. You can't work without this.
- **Current Ministry of Labour - Worker's Health ad Safety Awareness Certification** - (can be done online for free in minutes)
- **Current WHMIS Certification** - (can be done online in an hour)
- If you have the experience we want, you should already have all three of these certifications. If not, we may be able to help with some requirements._

**Essential Personal Protective Equipment**:
Steel Toes, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Hi-Viz Vest or Clothing

**Other Useful Qualifications**:

- Ability to perform site measurements and layouts

**Schedule**:

- Start times are typically around 7:00-8:00am and end times between 4:00-5:00pm depending on the job.
- Weekend work or afternoons are required sometimes depending on the project or schedule.
- It is imperative that you have a flexible schedule, in order to meet deadlines and to accommodate the schedules of different jobs.

**COVID-19 considerations**:
All contractors are required to wear masks and appropriate PPE.
