We are seeking motivated Construction Labourers to join our crew and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

**Responsibilities**

Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, demolition, material handling, and clean-up.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials and move them to designated work areas.
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and equipment operators.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Previous construction or general labor experience is an asset but not required—training provided.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8-10 hour shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
